If you’re unhappy with a product or service, the first step is to contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. In Australia the consumer has excellent rights and guarantees, and we abide by them.
If you have a minor problem with a product or service, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. For a major problem with a service, you can choose to receive compensation for the drop in value below the price paid, or a refund. For more details, see here.
If you wish to cancel a service paid for in advance (such as web hosting or domain management) we will refund the unused portion of your payment, no questions asked.
For products and services purchased directly from one of our partners (when we are not reselling the product or service to you), please contact them with your concerns. If you’re unable to satisfactorily come to a resolution, let us know and we’ll use best efforts to assist in finding a resolution.
